PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling input of chemicals to control pH of Ni plating solution is provided to achieve a Ni-plated steel plate having superior quality by precisely adjusting pH of NiCO3 to target pH of 5.5. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a driving section(100). A base body(102) is fixed to a floor by means of a bolt. A driving case(301) and a body supporter(302) are fixed to the base body(102) by means of a bolt. A driving motor(101) is fixed to the driving case(301). A moving bolt is installed in the driving case(301) in order to move a motor base. A shaft of the driving motor(101) is connected to a sprocket(304). A driving chain(305) is connected to the sprocket(304). A body sprocket(306) is fixed to a lower portion of a main shaft(307) by means of a bolt.
