APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING SOLUTION IN STEEL PLATE PLATING SOLUTION MIXING TANK FROM BEING SOLIDIFIED AND FOR REMOVING SOLIDIFIED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of preventing solution from being solidified and removing solidified material is provided to constantly maintain density of solution contained in a mixing tank by continuously scrapping solidified materials from an inner wall of the mixing tank. CONSTITUTION: A solidified material removing apparatus(1) includes a main rotating shaft(20), an anti-solidification section(40) and a solidified material removing section(60). The main rotating shaft(20) is vertically installed at a center of a mixing tank(10) filled up with plating solution. A lower end(20a) of the main rotating shaft(20) is fixedly supported by a bearing block(24) so that the main rotating shaft(20) is rotated in the mixing tank(10) when a driving motor(22) is driven. The anti-solidification section(40) has a plurality of stirring members(42) arranged in a circumferential direction of the mixing tank(10) in such a manner that the stirring members(42) are operated together with the main rotating shaft(20).
