PURPOSE: A newspaper binder is provided to store newspapers after they are read without a damage so that they are read later. CONSTITUTION: The binder comprises: a perforating section(3) for perforating a folded portion of a newspaper; a support bar for serially binding the folded portion to a newspaper binder main body; a fixing ring for fixing the same; and an iron core for inserting the support bar into the perforated and folded portion of the newspaper so as to be fixed to the support bar of the newspaper binder. The binder prevents some articles from being hidden by the newspaper binder itself and being damaged.
