PURPOSE: A method for incubating an enterprise using the virtual stock trade and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program executing the same are provided to make an investor carry out the stable investment by providing a subjective enterprise information to the investor through the information communication network, and to offer a cheap and fast incubating service to the enterprise. CONSTITUTION: An operator server registers a member by receiving the basic information including an ID and a password from an enterprise computer and an investor computer(S2). The server receives a request for buying the virtual stock of an investing enterprise from the investor computer(S4). The server selects the enterprise including to the high ranks previously set by an operator according to a standard stock price(S6). The server performs the Internet public subscription for the highly ranked enterprise(S10).
