METHOD FOR COATING IMPURITIES ACCUMULATION PREVENTION LAYER FOR IDLE SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved heat resistance and strength by coating the main body of the idle speed control actuator and open/shut plate of the valve with a ceramic material. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of degreasing a main body(1) of an idle speed control actuator and a valve(2); the second step of performing a roughening process to the main body of the idle speed control actuator and an open/shut plate(4) of the valve; the third step of removing residue from the roughened main body and the valve; the fourth step of preheating the main body and the valve at the temperature of 40 to 50 Deg.C and mounting the main body and the valve in a jig; the fifth step of coating the main body and the open/shut plate with ceramica NS-3000 into the thickness of 2 to 3 micron meters for the main body and 12 to 15 micron meters for the open/shut plate; and the sixth step of solidifying the ceramic coated layer at the temperature of 80 to 200 Deg.C.
