COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF LIVER CANCER, CONTAINING PHENOLIC COMPOUND

PURPOSE: A composition for prevention and treatment of liver cancer, containing phenolic compound is provided, which can be used as medicines or healthy foods for prevention and treatment of liver cancer. CONSTITUTION: The composition for prevention and treatment of liver cancer contains one or more phenolic compounds selected from butein, fustin, sulfuretin and fisetin, wherein the composition is administered orally or nonorally in the amount of 10 to 100 mg/kg per a day, preferably 25 to 50 mg/kg per a day; the composition is added into foods in the amount of 0.1 to 15 wt.%, preferably 1 to 10 wt.%; and the composition is added into drinks in the amount of 1 to 30g, preferably 3 to 10g per 100 ml of drinks.
