PURPOSE: A system of synthesizing and distributing multi beams and a method therefor are provided to variably synthesize and distribute signals transceived by a multi beam antenna, according to traffic distributions of each sector, thereby efficiently using service resources and reducing cost of frequency resources. CONSTITUTION: A traffic estimating module(A) estimates traffic of each sector based on transceived signals, and transmits data of the estimated traffic to a sector adaptive interface module(C). A system control module(B) processes an interrupt signal for cutting off adaptive interfaces, and controls the sector adaptive interface module(C). The sector adaptive interface module(C) sequentially determines control information on the number of beams, beam numbers, and sector IDs, transmits the control information to a beam synthesizing and distributing module(D), and transmits sector information that is not adapted to the traffic to the beam synthesizing and distributing module(D). The beam synthesizing and distributing module(D) synthesizes and distributes transceived beams by the control information.
