PURPOSE: A data packet recorded medium applied to a power line communication method, an operating method and a bidirectional communication method are provided to continuously respond to an ACK signal with 2 bits on a back end of a command transmitted by a master, without packet-processing the ACK signal for bidirectional communication, thereby remarkably reducing data traffic at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: When power is supplied, a transmission equipment enters a standby state(900). If a host directs to start finding a home code(902), the equipment transmits an optional home code with a home code hail request signal(904). All receiving equipments receiving the home code hail request signal decide whether received home code data are the same as self home codes. If so, each receiving equipment immediately transmits a hail NAK signal(906). If the home code data are not the same, each receiving equipment does not respond to the data, and transmits a hail ACK signal(910). The transmission equipment deletes the transmitted home code, and transmits the home code hail request signal again with new home code data(908). If none of the receiving equipments transmits the hail NAK signal, the transmission equipment completes a home code finding process, and reports a finally-received home code to the host, to be assigned with the home code(912).
