NETWORK BASED EMBEDDED SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A network based embedded system is provided to offer a desktop computing environment and a multimedia data service of an equal quality to a user system adopting a processor and an OS(Operating System) for the embedded system of relative low price. CONSTITUTION: A network coprocessing part(200) exclusively performs the high speed/large capacity network data process and the network protocol process offered by the server through the network(400). An MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) decoding part(300) exclusively performs the restoration process of the original data by decompressing the network data processed by the network coprocessing part(200). A main system part(100) includes the processor for the embedded system and a memory storing the OS for the embedded system, and performs various works by using the network data restored by the MPEG decoding part(300).
