INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An integrated maintenance management system and an equipment maintenance method using the same are provided to monitor an operation state of the equipment in real-time through online, and to offer a work order in real-time through the online when an abnormal state is detected. CONSTITUTION: A check item, a value of the normal operation, and a work order item necessary for a server of an equipment management system are inputted from a work order system, and are stored in a database of the equipment management system(40). The server of a process information system receives a signal expressing the operation state of an equipment, and stores it in the database of the process information system(10). The value of the normal operation and the work order item are sent to the server of the work order system(30). The work order system compares the value for the real operation with the received value. If the value of the real operation is out of the normal operation value, the work order system automatically issues the work order(45). The work order is transmitted to the equipment management system. The equipment management system transmits the work order to a computer of a workshop manager(50).
