发明名称 METHOD FOR EXTRACTING MG AND FE COMPONENTS FROM MECHANOCHEMICALLY TREATED SERPENTINE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for extracting Mg and Fe components from serpentine is provided to achieve a high extracting rate of Mg and Fe components by mechanochemically treating serpentine. CONSTITUTION: Serpentine consists of MgO 32-38%, SiO2 35-40%, and impurities including Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3. In order to extract Mg and Fe components from serpentine, serpentine is polished for 30-240 minutes by using Fritsch (pulverisette-5) having 300 R.P.M. Then, after inputting 1N sulfuric acid solution into a reactor, a temperature of the sulfuric acid solution is increased up to 50°C while stirring the sulfuric acid solution at 150 R.P.M. Then, while stirring the sulfuric acid solution at 400 R.P.M, polished serpentine is inputted into the sulfuric acid solution, thereby extracting Fe and Mg components from serpentine.
