<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and safe distributing water pipe for a medical treatment unit having a sufficient sterilizing characteristic and to provide a method and a device for current sterilizing of distributing water. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode is provided in such a state as being exposed to the distributing water in the distributing water pipe for the medical treatment unit, while a negative electrode is connected to the outer surface part of the distributing water pipe electrically conducting to the inside of the distributing water pipe or exposed to the distributing water in the distributing water pipe.
