PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosionproof panel for covering the surface of concrete excellent in lightweight properties and workability and excellent in the adhesive strength with concrete and long-term stability. SOLUTION: The corrosionproof panel for covering the surface of concrete has a core material comprising a fiber reinforced polyolefinic resin and the corrosion-resistant resin films integrated with both surfaces of the core material. By covering the surface of concrete with the panel thus constituted, a structure having corrosion resistance is constructed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
