PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a weight to a rotor without using an additional member when making eccentric the center of gravity of the rotor under the weight of the weight, and to suppress the production costs of the weight. SOLUTION: The weight 60 disposed at a specific slot part S of the rotor 20 is divided into a pair of symmetrical weight elements 70 and 80, and the weight elements 70 and 80 are joined by a caulking pin 90. Thereby, the tooth parts 22 of the rotor 20 are held by the protruding piece parts 79 and 89 of the weight elements 70 and 80. The weight elements 70 and 80 are formed in a sector form, core portions 71 and 81 are butted to the corner 41 of an insulator 40, thereby the weight elements 70 and 80 are positioned in a diameter direction. The core portions 71 and 81 of the weight elements 70 and 80 have reentrant parts 73 and 83, and commutator terminals 51 face the reentrant part 83. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
