摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of avoiding all dangers caused by the fact that the reticulation of a polymer starts before the formation of a thin film and obtaining a thin film of a network polymer having a uniform thickness and a surface with no crater. SOLUTION: In the method, a surface of a band B is continuously covered with a single molecular layer or a multi-layer liquid thin film of the polymer to be reticulated the softening temperature of which is above 50°C. The band B is continuously and sequentially advanced to a support roll 5. The polymer reticulated by an extruder 1 is mixed with a temporary additive and the mixture is forcedly flowed out from a nozzle 3 through a homogenizer 10 in the dissolved state. Thereby, the liquid thin film is formed. The formation temperature of the thin film is lower than the temperature of starting of the reticulation by 20°C and the boiling temperature of the temporary additive is between the temperature lower than the formation temperature of the thin film by 30°C and the temperature of starting of the reticulation.
