PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharging device in which an object to be cooled attached on a freely turnable discharge unit can be cooled in simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic driven fire extinguishing water jetting device provided with a head unit 2 equipped with a turret nozzle 1 for discharging fire extinguishing agents and supported on a bottom unit 3 to be freely turned and an up/down driving unit 4 attached to the head unit 2 for driving the turret nozzle up and down, inside the turret nozzle 1, a ring 1f is provided while setting the inner diameter of a channel narrower than before and after that ring, and piping 40 for cooling is arranged which is inserted to an oil cooler 4b for cooling the operating oil of the up/down driving unit 4 and both terminals of which are communicated/connected to U-shaped piping 23 of a base part 21 and the ring 1f, respectively.
