PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool storage case and a spool in a case, which solve problems that a fishing line is removed from a spool and a case and the removed fishing line is entangled and which are readily used. SOLUTION: Since a fishing line 94 wound on the spool 9 is pressed by a pressing piece 5 attached to the case 1, the fishing line 94 is not removed from the spool 9. Thus, the fishing line 94 is not entangled. The spool 9 can be rotated by the hands by an opening part 8 in the case 1.
