FOAMING CURABLE RESIN DISCHARGE METHOD, DISCHARGE APPARATUS ADAPTED THERETO, AND STIRRER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming curable resin discharge apparatus capable of discharging and molding a resin material in a normal foam molding state regardless of the inner diameter value of a nozzle. SOLUTION: In the foaming curable resin discharge apparatus for stirring a plurality of liquids becoming materials constituting the foaming curable resin in a mixing chamber to discharge the same, a stirrer equipped with a mixing chamber stirring part and a discharge passage stirring part is provided to continuously stir a plurality of the liquids over the range from the mixing chamber for stirring a plurality of the liquids to the discharge passage stirring part. The stirring work of the plurality of the liquids is performed even in the discharge passage in a discharge nozzle by the discharge passage stirring part of the stirrer and the plurality of the liquids mixed under stirring are smoothly fed to the discharge nozzle.
