PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formaldehyde-trapping foamed decorative material preventing formaldehyde from mass-release at a time thus leading to diminishing formaldehyde release, also having uniform surface layer as a design surface. SOLUTION: This formaldehyde-trapping foamed decorative material is characterized in being provided with a foamed resin layer, made by mechanical and thermal foaming, containing thermally expanded hollow microballoons and a porous inorganic agent on the substrate.
