PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide long service life for a bucket elevator for water granulation by preventing wear of the bucket elevator without degrading its function. SOLUTION: A carrier chain mounted with a bucket for conveying water granulation slag forms an endless track out of rollers 11 arranged in two lines. For each of the pair of rollers 11 at the front end on the driven side, two ring plates 12 are provided which rotatably supports the roller 11 from both sides on one end and which are rotatably mounted on a rotating shaft fixed onto a frame 1 on the other end. The diameter of each washer 13 disposed between the roller 11 and the ring plate 12 is set so as to be longer than the short side length of the ring plate 12, thus preventing wear.
