PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof automatic opening/closing device providing a wide opened space offering sufficient spaciousness when a roof panel is moved back ward. SOLUTION: The roof panel and a back window panel are connected together by a retractable mechanism allowing them to overlap to each other in the vertical direction. One side of a connection link is connected to a luggage door freely slidably in the vehicle longitudinal direction, while the other side of the connection link is pivoted and connected to the back window panel.
