<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the work of separating a roe particle from the roe covered with a bag-shaped skin in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: At first, roe particles 100 are pushed out to the rear side of a meshed belt 20 by pressurizing the roe with the bag-shaped skin 101 moving on the surface of the belt 20 by a first roller 12. Next, a majority of the remaining roe particles 100 are pushed out to the rear side of the belt 20 by pressurizing the roe with the skin 101 by the projecting part 16a of the second roller 14. Finally, all of the still remaining particles 100 are pushed out to the rear side of the belt 20 by the projecting part 16a of the third roller 16.
