FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of puree-like preserves for children nutrition. Invention proposes puree for children nutrition comprising apples, cream, ascorbic acid, sugar and the preparation prepared from microorganisms of genus Mortierella biomass taken among required group and by required technology. Invention allows to enhance stability of ready puree against separation into layers and to enrich it with composition that is more approximate to conditions of natural nourishment. EFFECT: valuable properties of puree.
