The inventive open cut mining method for developing mineral resources and device for carrying out said method relate to open mining and can be used for deep open-cut mines. The sense of the invention lies in that the most labour-consuming and costly process of the open mining, i.e. the lifting of extracted mass from the deep galleries of open-cut mines is carried out with the aid of open-mine lifting devices provided with containers through a shortest distance without building transport roads on the slopes of an open-cut mine. Said method makes it possible to reduce the areas of a strip mine where truck transport is used, improve the gas atmosphere there, decrease the volume of the excavation of a difficult-to-excavate rocks in the low galleries and diminish the stripping ratio. |
