PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid, a container and a lid container packaging member for improving discharging of liquid product through a space between an opening part of the container and the lid. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a packaging member or the like having a lid indicating a break open and a container. The container (26) has a cylindrical opening part (24). The cylindrical opening part (24) has an opening (44), a male thread (46), an outer circumferential bead (48) and an outer flange (not shown) arranged at a side opposite to the opening (44) of the outer circumferential bead (48). The outer circumferential bead (48) is comprised of segments separated to each other in a circumferential direction only by a gap. The outer flange has the gap and water drain elements (not shown) arranged in row. The lid (22) has a base wall (28) provided with a circumferential skirt (30). The circumferential skirt (30) has a female thread (32).
