FIELD: electric measuring systems. SUBSTANCE: electronic device includes base 1 provided with means for connecting to controlled electric network and front detachable cover 3 with inspection window 4. Flat leaf spring is secured to base in cantilever fashion; free end of spring 5 is rigidly joined by right angle with board 6 supporting electronic components 8', 8", 8''' and digital indicator 9. Geometrical and mechanical parameters of spring 5 satisfy to relation where delta, l, h respectively thickness, length and width of spring 5; S = l.h; E - elasticity module of spring material; Q - mass of board 6 with electronic components 8', 8",... and with digital indicator.
