FIELD: chemical industry and technology and invention can be used in preparing lacquers and dyes. SUBSTANCE: pigment comprises 80-85 wt.-% of natural or artificial mechanically activated mineral with whiteness 90%, not less, and 15-20 wt.-% of color-carrier. Color-carrier is homogenous mixture of white color-carrier - titanium dioxide of rutile form and color color-carrier in the mass ratio 2.5 : 1. Color color-carrier represents at least one of the following: blue phthalocyanine, red 5C, yellow superstrength. For expanding color spectrum the color color-carrier can comprise additionally additions of different colors and tinge. Indicated material is subjected for mechanical activation with grinding by effect of centrifugal force with acceleration above 9.8 g in continuous flow. Simultaneously, TiO2 and at least one of above indicated color-carrier are loaded into corresponding service bunkers, dosed and weighted their required amounts in correspondence with color standard of European pantographic scale. White and color color-carriers are fed into the first mixer, mixed their to prepare the homogenous mixture. Mechanically activated mineral and prepared mixture of color color-carrier are loaded into the second mixer and subjected for mechanical activated in indicated regime. Ready mechanically activated pigment is packaged into consumer containers. Invention allows to prepare pigment of any required color and tinge in correspondence with standard in continuous regime in a single technological cycle.
