PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive nail driver reduced in the number of part items, excellent in disassembling property and assembling property, and low in its height. SOLUTION: A shape of a shaft ring 10 in a nail guide shaft 8 is made larger than a clearance d between hinges 13,15 provided in a tail cover 7 and a nail guide 6 to energize the nail guide 6 omuni-directionally and to be used in common to prevent the nail guide shaft 8 from coming-off, the number of the part items is reduced thereby, and a size of the nail driver is compactified thereby. A shape of a hooked small-diametric part 11 in the shaft ring 10 of the nail guide shaft 8 is brought into a shape coping with a level of generated bending moment to enhance strength of the guide shaft 8.
