PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wood-like resin composition stable in hue and to provide a wood-like resin molding giving wood-like impression formed by melting and molding the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition or the wood-like resin molding comprises 100 pts. wt. of a thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of a methacrylic resin, a polycarbonate resin, an AXS resin (a rubber reinforced acrylonitrile-styrene resin), and a saturated polyester resin; 1-100 pts. wt. of a cellulose powder of 65-95% whiteness; and 0.1-5 pts. wt. of a pigment.
