METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RAISING LONG MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional long material raising device and its method requiring a driving power source and an operation power source for saving energy. SOLUTION: This raising device for the long material is provided with a hanger 3 including a hydraulic cylinder device 2 for hanging the long material 1. The hydraulic cylinder device 2 is constructed of upper and lower pulleys 6 arranged in the upper and lower sides to be connected to a piston cylinder and a piston rod individually, a frame 7 holding a rotational shaft in the upper pulley 6 freely rotationally and holding a rotational shaft in the lower pulley 6 freely rotatably and freely movably in the vertical direction, an expansible side wire 8 having one end fixed to the frame 7 and the other end fixed to one end part of the long material 1 after stretched from the lower pulley 6 to the upper pulley 6, and a fixed side wire 9 having one end fixed to the frame 7 and the other end fixed to the other end of the long material 1.
