PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly regulate the emission gas discharging direction from a tail pipe according to a working environment. SOLUTION: An upper tail pipe insertion hole 8 is arranged on the lower part side of a counterweight 7, while a lower tail pipe insertion hole 6 is arranged on the bottom plate 5A rear part side in a turning frame 5. A muffler 13 having a tail pipe 15 constructed of a flexible pipe is connected to the exhaust side of an engine 11. The tip 15A side of the tail pipe 15 is inserted into the tail pipe insertion holes 6 and 8 with an interval S. In this way, the tip 15A side of the tail pipe 15 can be bent horizontally or extended downward almost vertically. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
