PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position and fix a panel material and release it by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The panel material W is clamped by a work receiving cylinder 15 and a tip of a clamp arm 17 incorporated in a slit 16 of a locating pin 14 positioning the panel material W. The clamp arm 17 moves between a withdrawn position of the tip entering the slit 16 and a clamping position of the tip protruding from the slit. A slidable cam 28 is provided in a case 25 so that it slides perpendicularly with respect to the locating pin 14. A rod 32 for clamping is provided so that it protrudes outside from the case 25 and reciprocates in an axial direction, and the slidable cam 28 drives the clamp arm 17 to the clamping position by movement in a retreating direction. In the clamping position, the slidable cam 28 is fixed by a lock pawl 43, and a rod 45 for releasing clamping is driven when releasing engagement of the lock pawl 43. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
