FIELD: medicine, allergology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying allergotropin containing pollen allergoid of allergenic plants such as timothy, birch, artemisia obtained due to affecting a total fraction consisting of major and minor allergens at 3-90 kDa molecular weight of compounds including reaction- capable protein groups predominantly modified with formaldehyde, and associated polyoxidonium. To treat pollinosis one should inject allergotropins for a patient beginning with 10-4 dilution/course up to 15 injections.
