<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem with form processing and sorting operations for picked up and delivered cargos that wide, effective, and reasonable improvement is not performed by temporal and spatial restrictions, institutional restriction, and user side restriction. <P>SOLUTION: A control center 1 accepts the requests for cargo pickup from users 2 and 2A, and issues cargo form information capable of specifying the acceptance for each cargo. A load handling shop 3 receives the cargo form information and performs printing in forms, writes in a noncontact tag formed of an IC chip, and install the tag to the cargos carried in by the users for processing the forms. A pickup and delivery truck 4 installs the forms having received form information printed therein to the picked up and delivered cargo, and writes a form number in the noncontact tag for processing the form. The cargo pickup/delivery center 5 performs an instruction for cargo pickup to the cargo pickup truck based on the form information, performs the form processing of the picked up cargo based on the noncontact tag, and performs a storage/retrieval controls and sorting operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
