PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conveying equipment capable of three-dimensionally conveying articles with rather large specific gravities while maintaining a sealability. SOLUTION: A conveyed matter 2 is moved along the insides of conveying tubes 11, 21 and 31 to be conveyed without being scattered while maintaining the sealability. Spiral flexible conveying vane parts 11a, 21a and 31a are projectedly provided on the internal surfaces of the conveying tubes 11, 21 and 31. The conveying tubes 11, 21 and 31 are rotatedly driven by motors 14, 25 and 34 in the circumferential direction. The conveyed matter 2 is moved along the conveying vane parts 11a, 21a and 31a. The conveyed matter 2 with a large specific gravity can be conveyed. The conveyed matter 2 is conveyed from an inlet side to an outlet side irrespective of the positional relation between the inlet side and outlet side of the conveying tubes 11, 21 and 31. The conveyed matter 2 can be three-dimensionally conveyed by three-dimensionally connecting the conveying tubes 11, 21 and 31 to each other, being communicated with each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
