PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation duct device for a cargo space to be loaded with refrigerated containers by arranging the ventilation duct in the cargo space to discharge the hot air to be generated by cooling devices in rear of the containers out of the cargo space. SOLUTION: In this ventilation device for mechanically discharging the air and naturally flowing the air out of/into the cargo space to be loaded with the refrigerated containers 5, one ventilation duct 2 is arranged per each two lines of the refrigerated containers 5, and a lower end of the ventilation duct 2 is arranged at a position separated by 6-16 meters upward from a bottom part 8 of the cargo space. Or, in the ventilation device for mechanically discharging and naturally flowing the air out of/into the cargo space to be loaded with the refrigerated containers 5, the ventilation duct is arranged per two lines of the refrigerated containers 5, and a lower end of the ventilation duct 2 is arranged at a position separated by 10-20 meters upward from the bottom part 8 of the cargo space.
