PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load collapse prevention cover for vehicle capable of being quickly engaged and disengaged with a simple mechanism and stored compactly. SOLUTION: This load collapse prevention cover for vehicle comprises a load compartment floor board having a drawer window operated in a direction laterally crossing a vehicle body opened at the rear thereof and installed in a vehicle load compartment, a case installed on the rear surface of the load compartment floor board so as to face the drawer window, a windup mechanism incorporated in the case, and a flexible cover member installed on the windup mechanism so as to be wound thereon, allowed to be drawn from the drawer window of the load compartment floor board, and having a lock part holding a drawn state by the detachable engagement thereof with the vehicle body provided at the end of a drawer.
