PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension structure for a vehicle allowing reduction of weight and cost and having excellent riding comfortableness. SOLUTION: In this suspension structure, an air spring 5 and a leaf spring 6 are jointly used. An spring eye 6a formed at a vehicle front side end part of the leaf spring 6 is pivotally supported on a horizontal pin 8 of a bracket 7 mounted on a chassis frame 1 side via a rubber bush 9. A vehicle rear side end part of the leaf spring 6 is pivotally supported on a horizontal pin 11 of a bracket 10 via a front and rear displacement absorbing means 12 provided with laminated rubber. The leaf spring 6 is formed so as to be gradually getting thin from a fixing part for an axle 2 toward vehicle front side and vehicle rear side from vehicle front side prescribed position and vehicle rear side prescribed position.
