FILM ROLL OF HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER FILM ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cutting characteristics and blocking resistance properties of a film roll. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable film roll satisfies the following requirements (1), (2) and (3) when a sample cutting part is formed every 100 m or about in a steady region where the physical properties of the film is stable in its longitudinal direction: (1) All the samples cut out of every sample cutting part shows a degree of heat shrinkage of 20% or higher in the maximum shrinking direction of each sample at 85°C. (2) All the samples cut out of every sample cutting part shows a glass transition temperature within the range of±4°C of the mean value of the glass transition temperatures of all the samples when the glass transition temperature is measured. (3) All the samples cut out of every sample cutting part show a three-dimensional surface roughness SRz within the range of 0.6 to 1.5μm when the three-dimensional surface roughness SRz is measured.
