PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding canoe with the structure possible to appropriately assemble a full frame structure in a full cloth and possible to prevent the generation of damage to the hull cloth by a positional displacement. SOLUTION: This folding canoe is provided with the hull frame structure 10 formed of several frames and the hull cloth 30 for covering the hull frame structure 10 freely to be removed. The hull cloth 30 is provided with guide structures 34 and 35 for guiding the frame onto the appropriate line along the appropriate line, on which at least one frame among the several frames forming the full frame structure 10 is to be arranged. With this structure, the frame can be appropriately arranged on the appropriate line of the hull cloth by only sliding the frame along the guide structure to assemble the hull frame structure.
