PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rise and fall of a saddle of a bicycle during the running. SOLUTION: A seat post push-up means 21 having the push-up force for raising a saddle to the first predetermined height position when the pressure applied to the saddle is the predetermined value or less and for lowering the saddle to the second predetermined height position when the pressure applied to the saddle is the predetermined vale or more, height position support means 23 and 24 for stopping the rise and fall of the seat post at a desirable height of the saddle to support the saddle at that height, support release means 24, 31 and 32 for temporarily releasing the height support means, and a remote control means 29 connected to a handle at a required position from the support release means by a connecting means 31 to operate the support release means with the operation by a driver are provided between the saddle 6 and a seat post receiver part of a frame 1 for supporting a seat post 5.
