PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain production of successive noises by penetrating a fastener through an outer plate or the like by one impact, and to effectively prevent a working environment from being worsened by a spark generated in the driving. SOLUTION: This tool is constituted of a hollow cylindrical part 21 attached to a tip part of a nose 17, a driver head 22 formed in its tip with an impact face abutting to a head part of the fastener arranged slidably inside the cylindrical part 21, and a stopper 23 for regulating a projecting position toward a tip direction of the driver head 22. The driver head 22 is elastically energized toward the tip direction all the time, and the driver head 22 is struck via a driver 16 driven by a piston 14, so as to drive the fastener.
