PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion processing device which can suppress generation of defects of an extruded material without a change or the like of a die since conventionally, a problem of the defects of the extruded material generated by different shapes of a container discharging port and the die entering side is prevented by a change, the contrivance of a shape of a die introducing part, and adjustment of an extrusion condition, however, by the conventional means, the change or the like of the die is unavoidable each time when a kind of a raw material is different. SOLUTION: A die head (a guide part) 12 to guide a raw material to the die introducing part on the container 11 discharging side. The entering side (an introducing part 14) of the die head 12 is aligned with the shape (the discharging port part 13) of the container discharging side and the exit side (the discharging port 15) is aligned with the shape of the die entering side. The inner wall 16 of the die head 12 is made so as to be gradually changed from the entering side to the exit side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
