Apparatus and surgical procedures are provided for completely coagulating endometrial tissue of the uterus by means of heated liquid in the distended uterus under direct view of a thermally insulated hysteroscope or under indirect view fluoroscopi- cally using a thermally insulated hysterographic cannula and a radiopaque heated liquids.
