FIELD: manufacture of flexible structures. SUBSTANCE: flexible structure is manufactured with the use of starch filaments and has at least first and second portions, each of said portions possessing at least one common intensive property selected from group of properties such as density, basic weight, height, non-transparency, creping frequency or any combination thereof. Common intensive property of first portion differs from that of second portion in value.
