<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely detoxifying organochlorine compound- containing waste liquid after analysis. <P>SOLUTION: This method is a method for detoxifying organochlorine compound-containing waste liquid after analysis. After activating a water pump 18 of an apparatus 10 for treating the waste liquid after analysis, a pump 22 for the waste liquid after analysis, and a surfactant pump 26, water, the waste liquid after analysis, and a surfactant are fed to an emulsifier 14 from a water tank 16, a tank 20, and a tank 24 at prescribed ratios. A water/waste liquid (after analysis) emulsion having an average micelle diameter of 2μm or less is formed by the action of the surfactant in the emulsifier 14, and is stored in a tank 30. A pump 34 is activated to feed the emulsion into a reactor 12. A hydrogen peroxide solution is sucked from a hydrogen peroxide solution tank 35 by activating a pump 37, and is injected into a feed pipe 32 while preheating the solution to a prescribed temperature by a preheater 38. The emulsion and the hydrogen peroxide solution are mixed by a line mixer 39, and then flow into the reactor 12.
