PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water cleaning equipment of a new construction with which an effect of improving water cleaning by microorganisms, etc., can be realized by approximately uniformly discharging air bubbles from wide regions of base surfaces of rivers, etc.

SOLUTION: The blocks 24 laid on the bottom 22 of the river 12 are formed of porous concrete and vent pipe bodies 28 are approximately horizontally embedded and arranged within the blocks 24. The compressed air discharged from a plurality of air discharge holes 38 drilled at the vent pipe bodies 28 is passed through the inside of the blocks 24 by utilizing the continuous pores of the porous concrete and is discharged into the water from the base surface 25 of the river.
