<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold master in which a wide visual angle can be assured even in any of horizontal and vertical directions and a screen having excellent display quality can be obtained in a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mold master comprises the steps of preparing a glass substrate 6 having a conducive film 7 on at least one side surface, forming a photoresist film 8 on the film 7 on the substrate 6, exposing the part of the film 7 by removing a smaller area than the diameter of a lens at the position corresponding to the arraying pitch of lenses to be formed on the film 8, forming a plating part 9 by using a first plating liquid for placing having excellent isotropic growing properties with the exposed area of the film 7 as an electrode, and forming a plating layer 10 on the plating part 9 by using the second plating liquid for plating having excellent surface glossiness with the plating part 9 as an electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
