PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter capable of disinfecting and sterilizing microorganisms contained in water and air, preventing breeding of algae, keeping water and air clean, and durably keeping the sterilization and cleaning effect. SOLUTION: An object fluid to be filtered which is filtered through a first filter member of a filter part passes through the inside of a pipe member through opened holes formed in the side circumference part of the pipe member in the inner circumference of the filter part and led it to a hollow chamber through the apertures in the side circumferential part of the pipe member disposed in the hollow chamber, and the object fluid flowing to a filter chamber from the hollow chamber and filtered through a second filter in the filter chamber passes the inside of the pipe member through the opened holes formed in side circumference of the pipe member in the inner circumference of the filter chamber and is discharged to the outside.
