PERMANENT JOINT FOR PIPES MADE FROM REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC AND METHOD OF MAKING SUCH JOINT

FIELD: manufacture of metalloplastic pipes and connection of pipe lines; gas, oil and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: tips of thermoplastic bush welded of two parts are molded to reinforced pipes. Sleeve is sectional; it consists of sections of metal pipes cut at angle of 0°<=alpha<90° and welded together over end surfaces. Walls of said sleeve have holes for escape of fin and circular bores made in inner surfaces of pipe sections with their surfaces located at angle of beta>=0 relative to axes of pipes being connected; thermoplastic lock is formed due to filling holes and bores with molten thermoplastic in the course of welding the bush ends in thermostatted sleeve. Such joint is reliable for rectilinear and curvilinear sections of pipe lines withstanding considerable pressure differentials and excluding corrosion.
